Gmail emails not arriving in my bt email inbox

I am having the same problem can send emails to gmail, but when they click reply it says it has been sent from gmail, I never get the reply and it is not even in my spam. What a pain in the neck that his has happened for no reason.

Yes I have had the same problem as you with McAfee subscription and I blocked sender and didn't realise it was coming from a gmail. But how do I find my blocked senders list to cure the problem. I preferred BY Yahoo, but this BT mail is a pain as it hardly shows any spam so I dont know what is being cleared by spam filter

Log onto your BTMail account and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".

Thank you problem solved and I also got an email from BT Postmaster saying to do the same thing, so simple when you know how!
