Hi Sean - can you help resolve a problem I have with logging into the CFP portal? I have never received any log in details. I’m told they have been sent, but for some reason the email is not getting through. I have an alternative email address that I’ve given to the CFP team, but still heard nothing. Can you help resolve the problem?

How to physically speak to someone at Openreach

Does anyone have the answer to this question? I have a CFP reference set up and have been waiting for log in details to the portal for many weeks. Nothing has ever been received. I have tried emailing numerous people at OR without success. I just need someone to tell me what password to use!! If anyone has ever succeeded in taking to someone at OR, I’d love to know how you did it.

This is a BT Retail customer forum, and has nothing to do with Openreach.

Please do not keep posting on this forum, as nobody here can help.

Try ringing Openreach on  0800 783 2023.

Not sure I appreciate the tone of your message. The number you quote is a recorded message. In the absence of an Openreach forum, I will be ignoring your advice, especially as others have similar concerns posted here.
