Just sent an email with no problem, tried to send another one a few minutes later and got this message.  I am not and have never been using a VPN.

Hi @Nixxx, welcome to the forum, and sorry that you received this error when trying to send an email.

If you are still getting this error would you check if you can send ok from https://www.bt.com/email
Do you have a signature set up within your emails?
Are you using public wifi when this occurred?
