Hello all,

I am having similar problems whilst trying to access my talk21 email account.

Changed password.......you're not logged in.........and so on.

I now cannot remember my original password as I've changed it so many times.

Can anyone please offer a solution?

Have you tried clicking on the "forgotten password" link when you try to log on?

Yes, I have tried that many times.

I can now log in to my bt but when I click the email tab I get the message 'you are not currently logged in to email- to login, click here'

It just keeps going round in a loop

When you log onto your MyBT go to "Your Products"  then "Email, Manage" and once there do you see your email account and can you access it from there?

Have you tried using the following format to logon to your email account ..... username.t21@btinternet.com
