Hello!
I have Post office broadband however everytime we have a problem we are always put with BT.
Recently we rang the Post Office helpdesk and after they told us to reset our router and ran a test on our phone and computer we keep being re directed to the BT wholesale page.
Post Office seems to think it's a dodgy router?? And they are sending us a new one. Will this actually solve the issue?

This is a BT Retail Customer forum, and cannot help with Post Office connections.
You will have to ask the Post Office to contract Openreach. It has nothing to do with BT Retail.
