I've had a red LOS LED on my modem since Wednesday and consequently no internet. I've followed the troubleshooting online (unplug, power off restart modem and hub) to no avail.
I cant report the fault online it just takes me to troubleshooting then ultimately says ring customer services, I've now spent over three hours on hold across multiple attempts and had no answer. Live chat seems non-existent, sometimes it appears as a pop up but most often does not, if someone has a valid link for the caht it would be much appreciated. On the odd occasion chat has opened it says no-one is available to respond.
Has anyone got any suggestions about how I can actually report the fault? I dont really want to spend another 45mins on hold.
I've got the same problem, this holding on the line is driving me nuts!!!!

The 0800 number is direct to the FTTP team who are the ones who will sort you out, not customer services.
