Here's a hint if you're getting red bars on your Hybrid Connect box - there is a SIM holder on the bottom of the box next to the id label. Make sure that it is inserted fully into the box (mine wasn't). Or take it out and reinsert it to make sure it is seated properly. You'll need one of the pointy "keys" that are used to extract the SIMs on most mobile phones.
