Regular connection drops

Sounds horrendous and I do really feel for you. The annoyance of those drop outs during zoom calls or lessons must be so frustrating.

I had this exact problem. I SEEM to have sorted it by replacing my socket plate with newer one where the phone and adsl lines are separate so don't need a filter.

So far there doesn't seem to be any dropouts. Been a couple of months so far.

Engineer had come out and found errors all over the place, fixed them but couldn't find anything that could constitute dropouts. He then went up the pole and played around with that too. When he'd finished the errors were gone and were in pluses (whatever that means) must be good as he said it was 😂. Changed my plate in the front room too, fingers crossed it helps, if not then he said it'll have to go further for a REIN and SHINE check.
