Is the standard offering still fuzzy-vision?

I presume you are asking if there were any changes to the info supplied in your earlier thread

The you'd presume wrong, as you would know if you read the title of the two threads. 🙄
Wow! Why the need to use the words "fuzzy vision"? FWIW the streams are perfectly watchable in standard definition
The standard offering on the BT TV boxes hasn't changed - though I would argue that it's never been fuzzy vision. It's standard SD (576i) on the standard channels, full HD (1080i) on the HD channels, and 4k (2160p I believe) on the Ultimate channel.

Because the last time I had it, "fuzzy-vision" was exactly what it was. You had to pay an extra sub for HD, hence the question.
HD is still usually an extra cost, same as elaewhere as it doesn't appear to be fully standard in the UK

576 was awful on the 42" I had at the time, on the 55" I have now it would be unwatchable. But thanks for confirming, I won't waste money ordering it.

Thanks, shame BT aren't more honest about it. Although NowTV's standard offering is 720, which is at least acceptable.
