Roku Express will not recognise my login details

I only bought the device today , connected it to my large screen TV and despite typing the right login details each time it refuses to recognise them .Instead, it tells me the details are incorrect and gives me the following address for help which BT does not recognise - bt.com/help/sport/code:ID001.Can someone please advise me ? Thanks I do have a BT sport subscription which i watch via Youview box through another TV

I am not too sure but I can only think I must not have filled the login details correctly 3 times because the 4th was fine.Thanks  for asking
