I'm running with
Fibre with BT Halo 1
Over the last 2 weeks my router keeps intermittently dropping connection to the internet. From the stable blue light on the router it goes to orange for about 10 seconds then returns to solid blue.
Once or twice I could live with but when myself and my son are working from home - call center and remote VPN connections it gets extremely annoying and costly having the internet drop sometimes up to 4 times a day.
I suspect there are some background ongoing issues/changes with the BT server/connection that I am not been made aware of. I am IT tech so I know this isn't my router.
I need this sorting - I'm just out of BT contract and after a lot of years seriously considering going elsewhere!

I suspect you have a line problem.
Is there any noise on your line with a quiet line test 17070?
Can you post the line stats from your router please?
No, a screenshot of the stats page please.
Any noise on the line?
Which stats page from the Smart Hub 2?
I'm in the technical log/info page that shows firmware, noise details, etc. - that one?
The line only has the router connected via the filter - no telephones connected - do I physically listen to the line with a handset?
There is also an events log - the line dropped early this afternoon
