Searching Email Inbox

Hi,

The search function doesn't seem to be working correctly, in particular I want to find all emails from a particular sender and it gives me pages of irrelevant results.

Can anyone explain this? What can I do to fix it or work around it, please?

I am using webmail via the Chrome browser on a Windows 10 desktop PC.

Try changing the name you are searching on. ie instead of using the full email address just use the prefix or part of the prefix such as joe or blogs instead of joe.blogs

Ah, I wasn't searching for an email address but for the organisation name, which happened to be Royal Mail. I now realise my mistake,  huge numbers of email addresses contain the word 'mail' somewhere. D'oh! 😳 🤣
