Service down Los orange

Ive had nothing but praise for bt last ren months of my fttp rock soild today Los light is orange. 
Rang support gave me status line number nd nothing in it fir my area bt399yy can anyone tell me here what the fault is

If the LOS led is lit, you have no optical signal. LOS = loss of signal.

Have you disturbed the optical connector?

Have any of your neighbours got a similar problem?
