Sky box saying I need to upgrade to view BT Sport HD

Hi

 

My bt package includes hd but I am only able to access the SD channels on my sky box. When I try to view the HD channels it tells me I need to upgrade my package.

I used to have only SD before I took a new offer including HD. Is the sky box still picking up my old subscription? If so, how can I fix it?

You need to phone CS ON 150 or 0800800150 from mobile
