Hi all, can someone help, my girfriends BT line speed keeps slowing to a crawl. Spent best part of 5 hours on the phone, in a queue, gave up trying to get through. Guaranteed 45MB minimum, only getting 36MB on a good day. Been running on test socket at Master socket all day and problems still there. Ran line diagnostics at:

Your connection time is only 2 days is that due to hub dropping connection or manual reset?
you have a 48mb connection speed so above your 45mb
Manual Reset attempting to fix the obvious. Here's a dump of the page you asked me to visit:
shows your expected range 71/49 and you are virtually at bottom with the 48.99mb connection
you need to maintain a stable connection and resetting will not improve connection speed and is more likely to make it worse. Your noise margin is also high at 9db suggesting your connection has been unstable or you have been resetting hub or both
OK, thanks for the help.
