I’m on fibre 1with a guaranteed speed of 28 Mbps..I ran ia speed test earlier yesterday on my PC it returned results of just above 29Mbps, that’s ok
The problem is that I also ran a speed test on a new iPad for that and my iphone were showing major problems. At best the iPad was showing a speed of 4 Mbps and it even dropped to 0.4 at one stage
Last night I watched both Netflix and BBC iPlayer with no buffeting or anything like that.
It appears that there is some conflict between my hub and iPad. I’m sure some of you have come across this issue before, any suggestions as to what I might try ?

Sorry that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds to your device.
I take it you are working on a wireless connection when using the iPad. Have you switched Smart Set up off within your hub settings to see if this helps at all?
Are you experiencing the same issue on any other devices?
