Slow speeds

We’ve been with BT for c. 10 months and are suffering increasingly from slow speeds, videos buffering, etc. We’re on BT’s up to 36 mb fibre package and generally get a good WiFi signal round the house and speeds routinely of c. 30 mb. So when things are working they are working pretty well.
When we’re experiencing slow speeds, the WiFi connection seems to be stable and still shows close to or full signal. Am hoping someone may be able to check my stats and see if anything looks obviously amiss. Many thanks in advance. Pete

Re: Slow speeds

your stats look ok with 36/6mb connection and noise margin down at 3db suggesting G.INP is active and giving a bit boost to connection speed  connection time is 4 days+ so connection appears stable
