Dear community, my name is Walter, my broadband is Fibre with BT Halo 2, I made many complains as my hub is flashing purple 4,5 days a week for 2, 3 hours a day, usually between 5pm and 12am. The BT said there is no faulty. Could I try replacing the hub with another device? Could you give me any advice please?
