I am having an issue where it is flashing purple, the website told me to check the internet connection which I have done. It then told me to text FAULt and the number of my phone line (I gave the number on the e-mail BT sent me) but they told me the number doesn’t exist and they couldn’t help me further . Have now been letting phone ring out for 30 mins to talk to a person - not impressed with BT so far...
Do you have a dial tone on your landline? If so dial.17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
