I'm a new user of the SmartHub2. If I go to Advanced-> Technical Log -> Information it shows a sensible figure for Data Sent / Received ( 17GB /57GB). If I then select "Export" the resultant CSV file shows different figures (2.1Gb/2.1GB). The value for BT WiFI is also different.
Having tried a couple of times, it seems that the exported Data Sent/ Received figure is always 2.1/2.1
Any one else get this or know of a fix?
The BT WiFi Status is a known problem in the Technical Log since the launch of the Smart Hub 2 and I have highlighted it a few times but it does not seem to be a high priority for BT for whatever reasons. Note that the Home Page of the Hub Manager shows the correct status:
