Hi, I have a Smart Hub 2 which is fine and very fast until it just randomly disconnects every device in the house. I can reconnect very quickly but it's really hindering things when you're half way through work video calls and so on.
Has anyone encountered this before and managed to resolve?

is the hub dropping internet connection light changing from blue or is it wifi devices dropping connection?
have you checked for line noise dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
The internet connection lights on the hub don't change at all. Did the line test and perfectly quiet. It's a brand new house, well been in here a year now, so presumably the cabling etc should result in a quite line (in theory).
