We recently installed a new smart hub 2 and have noticed that when we receive incoming calls on the landline the light on the hub flashes orange for a few seconds then returns to a solid blue light is that correct or is there a problem?

can you try using the test socket with a filter and see if that solves the problem which master do you have
have you tried a different filter? have you tried using the test socket which is behind the faceplace especially if you have other extension sockets in other rooms
if you have extension sockets elsewhere in your home and they are in use they must also use a filter or you will get disconnected when phone rings or you make a call
