When using my Chromebook, if I try to connect to my Smart Hub 6 Manager it always says 'insecure connection!' do you wish to proceed'. I do click 'yes' regardless of the warning as that is the only way to arrive at the basic status interface.However, I wud like to know why I get this warning, espec ially with it being a BT Smart Hub Manager.

this has been covered before and is because hub manager is only http and not https
I did a search before posting, but cudn't find.

yes you are safe to continue - never bothered me and I access daily
The page is only accessible on your home's LAN and can not be accessed by others so is safe.
