Just a very quick question.
I am due an upgrade to fibre from copper.
When my new hub arrives, should I connect it up to my copper line or should I leave my old hub set up until Openreach have put the fibre line in?
I'm unsure of the procedure?
Thanks

Are you actually getting fibre to the premises, with an optical fibre terminating on a box on the wall with lights on it, or are you just getting a connection from a fibre enabled cabinet, and then copper to your normal wall socket which is not a proper fibre connection?

Your Smart Hub 2 should have a red WAN socket for connection to the new fibre ONT, but is should also have a DSL connection as well, which I think should work as well.
Personally I would just leave things as they are and keep using your existing home hub, until the fibre ONT has been activated.
You should be supplied with this version of the Smart Hub 2.
