I noticed in other Forum posts that you have been involved in resolving previous errors of the above matter. I am having the same problems accessing from my work laptop and thought it was my company IT blocking the website. I have cleared all cookies and cache and done everything else suggested in other forum posts. It understand it could be something to do with "open orders" blocking login. I have checked my BT Sport & email accounts.
I do appear to have an outstanding credit of £1.21 on my email account and wondered if that is blocking the login and can be cleared please? I am currently unable to access my services from my laptop, despite being able to on my TV and Android devices. I don't seem to be able to get through to your Help chat online, so do you know how I can contact Technical support or the Mod as they state in other chats?
