Sonos started disconnecting

Hi,

 

Up until few weeks ago everything worked fine and after returning from holidays my bt TV box stops disconnecting the sound from the sonos system. I checked wiring, resetted the box and sonos but nothing works.

 

It happens randomly after few minutes of watching anything either on app or TV channels. Restarting sometimes works for a while and the problem repeats itself .

 

Please help.
