Hello,

I have recently lost my phone and I am unable to setup my iCloud on a new device because I cannot get onto BT email. 

When I try to login it says 

“Sorry, this email does not exist anymore.”

I need the email to access my iCloud, can anyone help with this?

If the email address has been deleted then have a look at Understanding Email Errors and How Do I Get My Account Back and follow the advice.
