My son had his phone stolen on holiday. BT have been contacted and have blacklisted the phone. Insurance company require a letter from BT to confirm usage and blacklisting. Can anyone help. Screenshots of usage and bills are not sufficient. We have called helpline twice but to no avail. Any help greatly received!

Hi @fodonnelly
Welcome to the BT Community and thanks for your post!
I am sorry to see that your Son's phone was stolen while they were on holiday. I can imagine this is the last thing that they would have wanted to have happened. Have a look at some guidance on the following link: I've lost my mobile or had it stolen. What do I do?
Cheers,
Robbie
