Been using BT for years, recently moved house 3 months ago and things seemed absolutely fine to begin with. Recently though been suffering with constantly lag spikes whilst gaming (Xbox). Have tried a new router, a wired connection direct from the router and it's still the same. Speeds are fine and consistent as per what we should be getting. Have posted a Ping Plotter graph below which shows packet loss along the way across some hops - not sure if this matters too much or not given it reaches the destination. Can someone take a look and advise?
