Does anyone have trouble with subtitles being hit and miss

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. 

I'm sorry if you're having problems with the Subtitles on BT TV. When you say the Subtitles are hit an miss I take it you mean the subtitles are unavailable? Can you let me know which channel or program?
