as @licquorice posted I think you are already on fibre 1 just you are so far from cab that your speed range is only 14/7mb and you are fortunate to get faster at 15mb

what does it mean when it says on the DLS checker for my house that FTTP is available?

the checker does not show FTTP but FTTP oD which is something different and due to cost aimed at business use
