Hello all, just switched from Plusnet at the end of my contract to Fttc deal with BT.
Plusnet are not at present offering Fttp and my village is just about to go live with Fttp, so I have switched to BT in readiness for their Fttp.
Am I correct in thinking that as soon as Fttp is available to me I can switch to a BT Fttp package with no penalties? Presumably I will restart my 24 month contract.
Can anybody advise me please?
Many thanks,
John

You can switch/upgrade to BT FTTP as soon as available without any penalties
