It's soooo frustrating not be able to recover my email talk21 where holds my lifetime because I used only that one for 25 years. I spoke to different BT staff for many hours. I still didin't give up, I cant! But it is my lifetime there. I used to put anything important in my email talk21 because I saw it as the safest place ever. It's very sad to me and causing so many problems because all this time Im not able to use my email. It happened before, I guess 3 years ago but but after many talks by the phone, I got it back. Is there anybody to help me please?

Have you tried logging on using the email address format as previously suggested:- (username).t21@btinternet.com and your password?
No email provider can guarantee 100% that their systems will not fail.
Hopefully it's not too late, but you should seriously look at a back up regime that does not include an online focus. Storing important information can be done on a local hard disk, and for better safety more than one.
You should also look at a local mail client fir emails, such as Thunderbird. This itself can very easily be backed up regularly in case of a disk failure - hence the need for more than one backup.
