Temporarily turn off parental controls... no longer works

Hi all,

I have lost the feature to turn off Parental Controls temporarily (for one hour).

If I try to access a blocked website, I just get a 'Forbidden' message with no further options.

I can still turn off Parental Controls by fully logging in etc, although the original feature worked well.

Any ideas?

Thanks all

Temporarily turn off parental controls... no longer works

Hi all,
Reposting this...

I have lost the feature to turn off BT Parental Controls temporarily (for one hour). If I try to access a blocked website, I just get an 'Error 403 Forbidden' message with no further options. I can still turn off Parental Controls by fully logging in etc, although the original feature worked well. Any ideas? Thanks all

I had a call from BT who  were as perplexed as I am - they suggested it could be a popup/ad blocker - I've checked all that, still no luck. I've also gone back to factory settings on my hub.

FYI, if I connect to open BTWi-Fi (rather than my usual hub connection), it works fine.
I have the same issue with multiple devices and multiple browsers. I've tried to see if there is a setting in my Smart Hub Manager settings, although again no luck. It's not a major issue... but niggling!
Thanks all
