I don't know where to write about my problem. It turns out that bt is blocking access to stereoshore.com - Warning: you could be getting scammed! But the site doesn't collect any data or scam anyone, check it for yourself.

Please, remove this warning.

I've just tried the site and it works fine on 4G BT Mobile

Have you got web protect enabled?

Works fine for me using any browser. I do not use web protect (if that is the cause).

Did you get this fixed? I'm having the same problem on BT Internet, but 4G and other providers work fine.
