I recent bought two new handsets and docking stations as one of my existing ones wouldn't hold a charge i.e. the battery kept going flat.
The phones were working OK until today when a neighbour phoned me to say that when she rung it there was a weird message about call blocker. I rang it from my mobile but because of the interference on my mobile I can't make out what the message is saying. It's something like "all calls to this phone are monitored. Please answer some questions so that we can proceed".
I haven't changed any settings - it's just suddenly happened.
What should I do to make it work normally again, please?
