I have purchased the BT Fibre 2 package from October 2020 via the cashback link from TopCashback website. Somehow they didn’t track it so I lodged a claim. It has been almost two months since I lodged that claim and now it shows that it is still waiting for retailer’s response. It is supposed to be £110.50 cashback and I wonder if anyone from the team could help me look into it? Thanks
