The transfer of our landline phones to digital seems to be gathering pace and it will undoubtedly cause problems for some users but I wonder if anyone knows the criteria being used by BT to trigger the transfer.
I know someone currently being moved who has the option of fibre to the home but hasn't yet accepted it but in my local area where there is no such option yet I'm unaware that anyone has been transferred to digital.
