Trouble recording

For the last 3 weeks we have had trouble recording our regular programs. 
We never had a problem before but now it seems to skip the first section of the program or it doesn’t record at all but it doesn’t tell you of any problems. Is anyone else having these problems?

Last Friday evening missed the recording of the first half of the rugby match so had to wait for it to turn up on catch up.
