I'd be interested to know why Fibre 1 is only available to me, if I were to return to bt. I am currently with sky and in the process of looking to change providers. When I put my details in the bt Broadband availabilty, it states that Fibre 2 is not available at my address, when I put my next door neighbours address in the system, it is available. I've tested my broadband speed through several Broadband speed testing sites, including Which!
My average download speed on all of them is between 68-71mbps and upload speed 18.1mbps, so why cant bt offer me the fibre 2 broadband package which has the speeds that I currently achieve?
