I have an Acer spin laptop. I just bought a Ugreen USB C to Ethernet adaptor. My Ethernet connection shows an unidentified network. I searched on the internet and found this https://techloris.com/ethernet-doesnt-have-a-valid-ip-configuration/ guide and tried all the information mentioned in it. But the problem still persists. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. Any help?
