Hello All. I have recently moved into a property with FTTP. As part of the move, I received a replacement Hub (Smart Hub 2). I have noticed that my new Smart Hub 2 is transmitting Wi-Fi X/FON even though I have previously opted out via 'My BT' about two years ago. When I check on 'My BT' the option for Wi-Fi X/FON is saying that I need to sign up for it, so 'MY BT' thinks I have opted out. Can anyone please give me a contact within BT to get this sorted, as I do not want my hub transmitting Wi-Fi X/FON when I know I have opted out. Many thanks, Niels
