I am trying to access a secondary btconnect.com mailbox from the web interface at outlook.com, but whenever I try to access it (using the "access another mailbox" option I am getting the error below (ErrorNonExistentMailboxException).
I need to access the mailbox urgently to purge email as I have just been notified that I have reached my mailbox quota.
Does anyone know why I am seeing this error, and how I can resolve it?
