Unable to change Fibre package

I have FTTP on the Fibre 100 package and would like to change to 500. But whenever I select my account on the website or app I get the message 

We’re sorry we can’t show you any personalised offers here at the moment.” 

It just goes round in circles. Is there anything I can do? I don’t really want to miss out on the offer.

I'm also on Fibre 100, my online upgrade path works but I've only ever been offered Halo upgrades, not speed upgrades. As the other guy has said, you need to ring the FTTP team. Let me know how much they offer you the 500 package at if you don't mind.

I phoned the FTTP team who put me on the Full Fibre 900 Halo Complete package (an upgrade From 100 Complete) for £61.99. Not bad for £11 extra!
