<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I have been trying to log into my email all day from my laptop but each time the log in times out and is unable to connect. I have been able to log in from my desk top using the same browser. It has never happened before. Very frustrating
