For the last week I have been unable to view either BT Sport or my subscriptions, just receiving very poor reception. I put it down originally to the weather but have had no problems with terrestrial. I have tried to get some joy on Bt.com but cannot find any online chat access that used to be there, and on twitter, BT Care has vanished and just got a robotic automatic response from BT-UK that just told me what I already knew. Any help would be appreciated but failing that I will phone BT tomorrow. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. I received a long twitter response from BT who are sending me a new hub and filters out and if that does not work will arrange for an engineer.
