Looking for any advice out there please.
We live in a rural setting, history of slow/unstable/intermittent faults with our broadband for many years but we've learned to live with it (as BT say our service is fine). Normally doesn't affect day to day life too much. However my daughter was sitting university assessment online last week, when she tried to upload assessment it took so long to upload file to university server she missed her deadline. We thought given issues with online learning during covid, the university might be sympathetic to her predicament however they have failed her for late submission
😞 She's gutted. Trying to put together an appeal to uni and must provide evidence of issues with broadband. Anyone any idea how I could do this? Thanks for any help finding this info.
