Update requested by BT fails

BT have written to me about a mobile sim only contract which runs out in January. They offered a slightly reduced rate. When I followed it, a notice said “tell the customer they will have to apply during the re-contracting period”.

Odd 😩

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you haven't been able to renew your BT Mobile contract online.

If you give the BT Mobile team a call on 0800 800 150, they'll be able to give you a hand.
