Upgrade

I was due an upgrade and attempted to do this online. 

BT upgrade system is the worst I have used. 

I placed the order and the phone that was supposed to be sent wasn't.  It upgraded my data package but nothing else.

Spoke to someone on sales support for 45 mins and she couldn't resolve it. 

It has now been sent to offshore sales support and that can take 5 working days to resolve. 

I should have a nice shiny new.phone today instead I am waiting for it to be fixed. 

BT sort out your upgrade system.

Still waiting on the offshore sales support team to get in touch. Does anyone know the timescales?
