Upgrading to BT Pro Box

Good morning,

I was on live chat Thursday with Mike from the loyalty team. I was offered the BT Pro box on my current TV package but on a year extended contract.

I am unable to get hold of the loyalty team again via Chat and would like to take up the offer.

Is anyone able to provide a link to the Loyalty team? I am unable to call them.
